I recently stayed at a spacious and well-equipped apartment in Florence. The host was pleasant and very well organized. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The apartment had everything I needed, including a booklet with instructions on how to use the electrical appliances and helpful travel tips. The location was convenient with many bus stops in the area to easily get to the city center. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Casa Bertini for your stay in Florence.

I will always book Casa Bertini when it’s available. The location is spectacular: within a short walk to the Duomo, safe and comfortable. The welcome video was outstanding and efficient. Stylish, spacious apartment with tasteful decor and well-equipped. Special perks for children. Warm in winter with a handy washing machine. Fast and hospitable check-in and easy check-out. Detailed instructions and travel tips. Definitely one of the most professional hosts we've encountered. Thank you!
I recommend this hotel.

Spacious and elegant apartment with free parking. Conveniently located next to a bus station. The flat-screen TV, DVD player, and dishwasher were a nice touch. Free WiFi throughout the property.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful pitter-patter of little dog feet upstairs that kept me entertained. or distracted, depending on your perspective.
